Refund policy

REFUNDS AND RETURNS INFORMATION:

I am more than happy to accept any exchanges on standard items (as pictured in the listing photos) for other sizes if they don't fit. Any items that have been upgraded to a hoodie or 3xl - 5xl size option are classed as a custom order and are therefore non-returnable. - Customer is responsible for paying postage on any returns or replacements. 

Any items that arrive damaged can be returned for a replacement or a refund - Any replacements or refunds will not be sent until the item is received back to the business. 

PLEASE NOTE - Any personalised or customised items are non-refundable and non-returnable after check out - Please check items are correct before placing your order. This includes any items that have been ordered with colour changes to threads, additional embroidery, any personalisation including names, dates, slogans etc and any hoodie or size upgrade options.

PACKAGING:
★ UK ONLY - All parcels are sent Tracked 48hr postage, Products are all gift wrapped in beautiful quality packaging. I do not charge for postage on any orders over £75.00. However the customer is responsible for paying postage on any returns and/or replacement items unless the items arrive damaged.
